SCHEMATIC & CONCEPT DESIGN
After we review and assess the proposed facade design with the investor and architect, we select the correct materials and systems for the project. We provide facade concept development and design assistance for complete or complex areas of a building. We prepare schematic drawings on the development of design details that the subcontractor will use as the basis of their designs.
SYSTEM DESIGN
We evaluate concept designs in terms of performance, budget and construction capability. Then, we develop the building envelope system, which we draw with drawings, preliminary calculations and outlines, together with the project team. We set the facade performance criteria.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
As NN GRUP changes in the industry and the new standards are established, it constantly updates itself and produces facade specifications. The technical specification ensures that projects benefit from the most up-to-date requirements and provides customers with certainty that all subcontractors will bid on an equal basis for the project. The technical specification is an important rule book and supports the delivery of large projects.
BIDDING & VALUE ENGINEERING
CONTROL & INSPECTIONS
We evaluate the qualifications of the bidders, their proposed drawings and offers in order to complete the facade application correctly and determine the most qualified one. Our value engineering service is crucial to make informed decisions and avoid the danger of accepting the lowest offer with big mistakes.
We conduct field visits to ensure that studies are carried out with appropriate expertise, craftsmanship and quality. We help to see that the works are done in accordance with the technical specifications and to check the progress. Photograph recordings of findings, observations and progress in the field are made regularly.

CONCEPT DESIGN
SYSTEM DESIGN
We produce market-oriented facade system designs with our highly specialized knowledge of materials, manufacturing technology, methods of assembly, application and commercial issues and our extensive experience in developing cost-effective product solutions.
SHOP DRAWINGS
We produce comprehensive shop drawings, including plans, sections, views and system details, to get the approval of architects. Reflecting the structure and the shape of the building's facade at every location they provide a roadmap for project managers and installers that can greatly affect the profitability of any project.
STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
We perform a full structural analysis for all the facade components including, anchor, glass, cladding, supporting frames, silicone, stone, etc. in accordance with international standards and project specifications using the latest software to provide an optimal solution.
THERMAL ANALYSIS
As the value of the building facades increases and becomes more important, the level of technology increases proportionally. On the facades that require more expert contribution than other elements of the building, we provide facade concept design services with our expert facade engineers to meet the required performance for your project.
We prepare solar reflection and shadow studies as well as 2D and 3D thermal and condensation risk analysis, together with other services requested to support the design team. Thermal analysis calculates the temperature and heat transfer within and between the different components in the facade systems. We carry out thermal analysis using softwares to calculate the system u-value, the facade overall u-value and condensation.
